Here's my breakdown for the week:

So here I have (from left to right, sort of): premixed salads - spinach, kale and romaine lettuce; baby carrots, shrimp - cooked in the oven, seasoned with Mrs. Dash, steamed brown rice, steamed broccoli, ground turkey, hard boiled eggs, baked chicken, assorted berries, pineapples, grapes and sliced cucumbers in italian dressing.
Word of advice: this will take you a few times to actually get it down to how you will like it. For example, this time I skipped putting everything in tupperware containers because wtf I hate doing dishes, and I put everything in separate bags so that I could mix and match and not be stuck with the same meal for multiple days.
