I had such high hopes after hearing about a primer that would make your makeup stay flawless for 15 hours. Sadly, after trying it, I was disappointed.
(unedited - before and after about 8 hours)
My personal rating: 2 out of 5 stars
The primer does what it promises, and makeup does stay in place, but affects the makeup's initial application. I noticed that foundation does not go on smoothly after applying the primer and may cause streakiness. I ended up using a Beauty Blender sponge all over, instead of my usual foundation brush because i couldn't get the product to go on evenly. In the photo on the left, you can see that the primer did nothing to help make pores less visible.
My thinking is that maybe Benefit had it in mind that women would layer on a separate primer for mattifying and smoothing out pores, but I don't see a point in wearing two different primers.
Would I repurchase? No.
